Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mykal Zulu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Dumonte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zulu comes to the cage accompanied by Shyne ft. Barrington Levy - Bad Boyz. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mykal Zulu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Paul Dumonte!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dumonte lands a nice shot to the body.
Nice combo by Dumonte! Oh, that's hurt him - Zulu falls to the canvas and Dumonte follows him into side control.
It looks like Mykal Zulu has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Zulu is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Dumonte is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Zulu is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dumonte sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

Zulu is trying desperately to improve position.
Dumonte tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Despite being in the dominant position, Paul Dumonte just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Dumonte misses with a head kick.
Zulu lands a nice shot that snaps Dumonte's head back.
Zulu throws a looping overhand right but Dumonte ducks down to avoid it.
Dumonte ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Zulu moves away.
Zulu tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Dumonte throws a hook to the side of Zulu's head but Zulu sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Zulu misses the body punch
and Dumonte makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Paul Dumonte seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zulu keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Dumonte.
Zulu throws a head kick but Dumonte moves out of range.
Zulu goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Dumonte tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Dumonte lands a jab-cross combination.
Zulu is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dumonte lands a high kick to the side of Zulu's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Dumonte dives into guard, looking to finish.
Zulu is rocked!
Zulu is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Oh Zulu is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dumonte trying to stand up but can't free himself from Zulu's guard.
Zulu seems to have got his legs back now.
Dumonte controlling from the top position.
Dumonte stands and throws Zulu's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Zulu tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Dumonte wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Zulu is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Dumonte asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Dumonte is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zulu regains half guard.
Dumonte slows the pace down in half guard.
Dumonte moves into full mount! Zulu won't be happy about that!
Zulu tries to hold on but Dumonte pushes him away.
Zulu is trying desperately to improve position.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Dumonte content just to control the position here.
Dumonte wants to control the pace but Zulu is squirming around nicely.
Zulu keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Dumonte trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Zulu tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Zulu flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Dumonte can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Zulu is looking to escape.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Zulu wants to control but Dumonte is having none of it.
Zulu is trying to escape the mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paul Dumonte dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Mykal Zulu's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dumonte, as that shot connected.
Dumonte blocks a head kick by Zulu.
Zulu throws a shot from downtown. Dumonte moves away and avoids it.
Zulu throws a sloppy head kick and Dumonte moves out of range easily.
Jab, jab by Dumonte - just one landing.
Zulu avoids the head kick by Dumonte.
The crowd cheers as Dumonte lands an impressive looking overhand right. Zulu doesn't seem phased though.
Zulu thows a body shot but no joy.
Zulu throws a head kick but Dumonte moves out of range.
Zulu tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Zulu takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Paul Dumonte seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Dumonte cracks Zulu with a good jab.
Dumonte misses the jab.
Dumonte throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Dumonte drops Zulu with a beautiful combination! Zulu stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Dumonte is looking for the KO!
Dumonte jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Dumonte lands an uppercut, right on the button! Zulu tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:04 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Paul Dumonte!
