Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

38 - 28 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ludovic Presle!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Shirou Masuda and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Presle takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Gedewell has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Bonsai Club MMA in the buildup to the fight.
Presle tries to keep at a distance but Gedewell has taken the fight into the clinch.

Presle leaves Gedewell with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.

Gedewell shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Gedewell was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That was a close second round but I would say that Anton Gedewell will probably get the nod.

Gedewell lands a nice hook to Presle's body. Presle takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

and Gedewell counters with a left and a right that hurts Presle! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! Gedewell jumps into full mount!
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Gedewell tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Gedewell seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Presle for as long as he can get away with.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Gedewell in particular looking to stall.

I would just about give that final round to Ludovic Presle.
I think Gedewell has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
