Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Willem Kriel!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Tarja Halkonen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Augusto Da Silva dives in for a single leg takedown but Kriel sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Kriel tries to counter by closing the distance.
Augusto Da Silva shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Kriel cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Augusto Da Silva will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Kriel looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

and Kriel counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Willem Kriel decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
