Coming up we have a welterweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Troy Hattori and Miilo Nurkkanen. Nurkkanen has chosen When im gone remixed by DJ Darkjuice as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And in the blue corner, fighting out of Helsinki, with a TWGC record of 7 wins and 4 losses; Miilo Nurkkanen!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Elvis Blanc and Steve Smith.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Hattori tries to sprawl but Nurkkanen drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Nurkkanen takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Hattori is looking to control Nurkkanen's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Hattori avoid being mounted?
Hattori is pressing down on Nurkkanen's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Let's hope that Nurkkanen has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Nurkkanen tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Nurkkanen has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The referee asks Nurkkanen politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Nurkkanen prefers to stall for the moment though.

Nurkkanen is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Hattori defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Nurkkanen has got one arm under Hattori's chin. This could be trouble... Hattori trying to control the other hand but Nurkkanen gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Hattori has tapped out! The fight is over!
