Coming up we have a heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Mica Makaaja and Longfellow Deeds. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Makaaja shoots and misses and Deeds counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Makaaja (0) vs (2) Deeds Makaaja pulls Deeds in close to his closed guard and prevents Deeds from doing any damage or advancing position. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Deeds is trying to escape the position but Makaaja is controlling the position.
