Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Georg Prime (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Engelbert Thumperdinck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Georg Prime! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Engelbert Thumperdinck! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Prime defending well as Thumperdinck loads up on a big left hand. Prime fails with a takedown attempt. Prime shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Thumperdinck as he avoids it easily. Thumperdinck misses with the combination.
Thumperdinck throws out a loose jab but Prime uses good head movement to avoid it. A decent looking cross lands there for Thumperdinck. Prime darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Thumperdinck looks like he's trying to stand up.
Thumperdinck really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Prime. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Prime is keen to just control but Thumperdinck is a slippery customer. Thumperdinck is trying to stand back up but Prime is controlling him
Prime seems to be looking for submissions.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Prime missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Prime stops Thumperdinck from getting back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Thumperdinck is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Prime is keen to just control but Thumperdinck is a slippery customer. Prime seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Thumperdinck tries to roll over but Prime keeps him under control. Thumperdinck won't allow Prime to pass to mount. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Prime decides to return to a standing position. Thumperdinck moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Thumperdinck listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Prime falls off balance throwing a combination
letting Thumperdinck counter with a right hand. Prime misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Georg Prime. That's going to take a lot out of him. Prime is breathing heavily. Nice takedown defense from Prime. No joy for Thumperdinck on that attempt. Prime shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Thumperdinck but Thumperdinck pushes him off and we're back to square one. A decent looking cross lands there for Thumperdinck. Good shot there by Thumperdinck.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Thumperdinck has taken the fight to the clinch.
Thumperdinck is trying to break free. Thumperdinck tries to score a body lock takedown but Prime shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Thumperdinck is pressed up against the cage. Prime has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Thumperdinck down to the mat. Thumperdinck avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Prime has managed to clinch.
Thumperdinck wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Thumperdinck wants to get back to striking at distance but Prime won't allow it.
Thumperdinck lands a body shot in the clinch.
Prime gets underhooks to prevent Thumperdinck's takedown attempt.
Thumperdinck manages to pull guard.
Prime chips away with some ground and pound. Thumperdinck is looking to stand up but Prime isn't so interested in that idea. Prime trying to control the position from guard on top but Thumperdinck is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Thumperdinck wants to get back to his feet but Prime is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Prime wants to control from the top but Thumperdinck keeps moving. Prime stands and throws Thumperdinck's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Thumperdinck tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck. Thumperdinck has given up his back here. Will Prime look for the submission or keep pounding away?
I really don't envy Thumperdinck right now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Thumperdinck looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. Thumperdinck defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Prime's arms. Thumperdinck is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Prime has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Thumperdinck is in real trouble here. Prime gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Thumperdinck is tapping out! Prime wins by rear naked choke!
