PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Esteban Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harrison Yates (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Scott's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Scotty Doesn't Know. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 11 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Esteban Scott!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 6 - 1, fighting out of New York, Harrison Yates!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yates thuds his right hand into Scott's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

That was a close round but I would say that Esteban Scott will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Esteban Scott seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Yates! Scott is out on his feet! Yates rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Scott is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Scott is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
