Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Escobarre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Irbek Alborov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Escobarre kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Xzibit- Alcoholic . Irbek Alborov has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pablo Escobarre! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Irbek Alborov! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Phil Schofield and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Escobarre misses the shot to the body. A jab from Alborov misses. Escobarre swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Alborov dodges the punch combination from Escobarre.
Alborov misses with a two punch combination.
Alborov misses with a shot to the body and Escobarre counters with a stiff right hand. Alborov lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Pablo Escobarre has been cut. Escobarre rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Alborov counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Alborov bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Alborov throws out a counter right but Escobarre avoids it with no problem. Alborov misses with an uppercut. Alborov goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Alborov throws a series of punches but Escobarre avoids them all with ease. Escobarre sizes up Alborov with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Alborov has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Escobarre throws a jab when Alborov was well out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Alborov shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Alborov prevents Escobarre from improving his position. Escobarre is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Alborov's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Alborov's back! Alborov trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble. Alborov is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Escobarre off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted. Alborov staying busy and making it hard for Escobarre to control. Escobarre lands a shot to the head. Escobarre just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Alborov can't escape the position.
Escobarre has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Alborov has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Alborov covering up well under a barage of strikes. Escobarre has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Alborov is defending well but eventually Escobarre manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Alborov has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Pablo Escobarre! Pablo Escobarre retains his middleweight title! A very excited looking Pablo Escobarre made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
