Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Irbek Alborov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Steiner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Irbek Alborov has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Irbek Alborov seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Irbek Alborov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alex Steiner! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Sam Margolis and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Steiner cracks the inside of Alborov's front leg. Alborov getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Steiner feints and then cracks Alborov's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Alborov down. Alborov moves out of range as Steiner throws a body kick.
Alborov takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Steiner misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Alborov.
Alborov lands with a straight right. Steiner didn't see that one coming. Steiner buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Alborov was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Alborov swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Alborov lands a head shot. Steiner fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Alborov is out of range. Steiner gets caught napping as Alborov dives in and scores a takedown. Steiner manages to retain guard. Steiner has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Alborov has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage. This has been an exciting period of action! Good body shot from Steiner.
That's one minute gone in the round. A short right from Steiner on the inside. Alborov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Alborov blocks a jab. Steiner looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Alborov tries to counter with a takedown but Steiner is quick to defend against it. Alborov fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Steiner manages to avoid it. Steiner just misses with a punch to the body.
Alborov appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Steiner goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
It looks like Irbek Alborov has been cut. Steiner lands with a shot to the body. Steiner lands with a good body shot. Alborov misses with the combination.

Alborov is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight. Alborov drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Steiner bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Alborov's head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Steiner throws a head kick but Alborov moves out of range.
Alborov scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Steiner is staying active underneath Alborov, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Steiner tries to get to full guard but Alborov has control of the leg. That's three minutes gone in the round. Alborov missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Alborov loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Alborov has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Alborov forces his way into half guard. Alborov trying to control from half guard but Steiner is working away. Steiner is trying to stand.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Steiner is looking for a sweep. Alborov is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Alborov scoring with strikes to the body and head. Alborov not landing any meaningful shots this time. Steiner moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Alborov with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Alborov lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Steiner uses the cage to get back to his feet.
A nice leg kick lands there from Steiner. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Alborov throws a big shot that misses. Steiner fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Alborov has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Alex Steiner dominated that round. The cut man is working on Irbek Alborov's cut. That's time! Alborov's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Steiner looks to throw a body kick letting Alborov counter with a right hand. Alborov drops Steiner with a big left hand! Steiner is injured, injured bad! Alborov jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Irbek Alborov! Irbek Alborov decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
