Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Arjen Franck Robbery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steven Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stark has chosen Sledgehammer! as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
28 - 16 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Arjen Franck Robbery! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Steven Stark! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Robbery throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Robbery dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Robbery darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Stark on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Robbery. Robbery obviously looking to wear him down.
Stark tries a head kick but it misses.
Robbery scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Robbery tries to land a front kick but Stark steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Stark gets tackled into the cage by Robbery. Robbery maintains the clinch. Robbery lands with a short shot to the head. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Stark blocks a punch to the side of the head.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Robbery. Stark tries to circle away but Robbery has him pinned against the cage. Stark blocking some punches.
Stark breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Stark staying out of range there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Robbery takes one on the chin but seems OK.
It looks like Arjen Franck Robbery has been cut. Robbery feints and then cracks Stark's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Stark down. Stark buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Robbery walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Stark uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Robbery.
Robbery throws the left hand but Stark avoids the punch easily. Stark throws a head kick but Robbery moves out of range.
Robbery throwing a counter right hand but Stark manages to avoid it. Robbery misses the shot to the body. A head kick misses from Stark. Robbery misses with an attempted mid kick.
Stark throws a body kick that misses. Stark misses with the body kick and Robbery counters with a lovely straight right hand! Stark throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Arjen Franck Robbery seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Robbery throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Robbery getting the better of the striking in that exchange. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Stark throws a big shot that misses. A clash of legs there as Robbery blocks the low kick. Steven Stark is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Stark takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Robbery connects with a leg kick. Stark looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Robbery throws a jab when Stark was well out of range. Robbery throws a head kick that misses. A swing and a miss from Stark. A quick step to the side and Robbery tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Robbery looks for the body kick but Stark saw that one coming. Stark drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Robbery defends it well. Nice shot by Robbery. Robbery takes one to the side of the head.
An inside leg kick lands from Stark.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Stark gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Robbery to score an easy takedown into full guard. Robbery trying to control the position from guard on top but Stark is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Stark is trying to keep Robbery in close.
Stark being controlled here, momentarily. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Stark looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Robbery is defending well. Stark quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Robbery has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Stark celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Steven Stark! Steven Stark tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
