Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Mario Filipovski! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Creed Apollo! The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Peter Branson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Filipovski does no damage. Apollo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Filipovski sprawls well. Filipovski wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Apollo gets slowly back to his feet. Apollo fails with a takedown attempt. Apollo drives through and clinches with Filipovski against the cage.
Filipovski is trying to force a seperation but Apollo has the dominant position. Apollo is pushing Filipovski up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Filipovski breaks from the clinch.

Filipovski's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Filipovski seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Apollo shoots for a double leg takedown but Filipovski sprawls well. He's pushed Apollo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Filipovski pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Apollo back to the cage. Filipovski follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Apollo gets in close and instigates a clinch. Apollo keeps control of Filipovski as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Apollo is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Apollo tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Filipovski just stands there and leans against the cage. Apollo is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Filipovski is defending well for now.

Apollo scrambles back to his feet. Mario Filipovski is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Filipovski misses with a series of wild punches.

Creed Apollo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Filipovski missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Filipovski wants to control from the top but Apollo keeps moving. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Apollo looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Filipovski knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Apollo on the ground. Apollo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Filipovski is aware though and is defending well. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Apollo is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
And that's the end of the fight! Creed Apollo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Apollo has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
