1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Boby Johnson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Rocky Balboa! The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Michael Johnstone and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson throws a right and a left that both miss. Johnson throws a right and a left that both miss. Balboa avoids a punch combination nicely.
Balboa shoots in but Johnson avoids the takedown attempt easily. Johnson seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Johnson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Balboa.

Johnson appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Johnson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Johnson has Balboa up against the cage in a clinch.
Balboa tries to pull guard but Johnson holds him up against the cage and eventually Balboa drops back down to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Balboa pulls Johnson into guard.

Balboa gets in close and instigates a clinch. Johnson is pressed up against the cage. Balboa has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Johnson down to the mat. Balboa is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Johnson with a body shot. Johnson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Balboa. Balboa moves into range and clinches up with Johnson. Balboa tries for a takedown but Johnson manages to get underhooks.

Horrible takedown attempt by Balboa or perhaps it was just good defense by Johnson, which made it look bad. Johnson wants to clinch. Balboa is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Boby Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Johnson lands an overhand right. Balboa throws a right hand that Johnson ducks under and follows up with a left that Johnson also avoids with ease. Johnson pushes Balboa up against the cage in a clinch. Balboa slowing the pace effectively. Balboa tries to pull guard but Johnson forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Balboa misses with a knee to the head. Balboa wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Johnson pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Balboa swats away the attempt to clinch by Johnson. A slow jab from Johnson misses its intended target. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Balboa throws a sloppy head kick and Johnson counters with a one-two to the body. Johnson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Balboa as he jumps to the side. Johnson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Balboa tries to clinch there but Johnson circles away.
Johnson bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Balboa tries to clinch but Johnson moves out of range. Johnson defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Balboa. Johnson clinches with his opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Johnson gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Balboa is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Johnson pulls his head out easily. Johnson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Balboa keeps working. Johnson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Balboa on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Balboa kicks Johnson off and gets back to his feet. Balboa steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Johnson. Balboa shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Johnson but Johnson pushes him off and we're back to square one. Balboa tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Johnson swinging wildly here.
Johnson is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Balboa can do to turn this around? Johnson throws a combination that misses and Balboa counters by moving into the clinch. Balboa tries to break the clinch but Johnson is controlling the position.

Johnson looks to land a combination but Balboa avoids it well. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Johnson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Balboa fails with the takedown. It looked like Johnson was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
And that's the end of the fight! Boby Johnson showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Johnson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
