Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Sturgis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Milan Sol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Michael Sturgis has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Michael Sturgis seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sol drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Sturgis sneaks out the side door and pushes Sol away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Sturgis dives in for a single leg takedown but Sol sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Sol.
Sturgis throws a right hand that Sol ducks under and follows up with a left that Sol also avoids with ease.
Nice takedown defense from Sturgis. No joy for Sol on that attempt.
Sturgis is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Sol.
No luck for Sturgis with that takedown attempt.
Sol shoots in for a takedown but Sturgis shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sturgis clinches up against the cage.
Sturgis manages to break the clinch.
Sturgis closes the distance and pushes Sol back into the cage.
Sturgis has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Sol is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michael Sturgis. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sturgis gets underhooks to prevent Sol's takedown attempt.

Sturgis is working an open guard so Sol takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Michael Sturgis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sol avoids the body shot from Sturgis.
Sol tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Sol is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sturgis doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Sol.
Sol is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sturgis defends it well.

Sol is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Sturgis still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Sturgis has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!
Sol wants to control the position but that's not easy when your opponent is in side control! Sturgis seems to be going for some sort of submission here. Hard to say what - oh, it's a Brabo choke! He's got it! Sol is tapping! Wow, great finish!
