Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Ala Toni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junjun Tare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Toni comes to the cage accompanied by Black Betty -cover. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tare swats away the attempt to clinch by Toni.
Tare has a takedown stuffed.
Tare tries for a takedown but Toni sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Tare dodges the punch combination from Toni.
A slapping leg kick lands for Toni.
Toni lands a jab-cross combination.
It looks like Junjun Tare has been cut.
Tare looks gassed!
Toni throws a head kick that misses.
Toni fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Tare sprawls well initially but Toni persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Toni tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Tare.
Toni is thwarting Tare's attempts to control the position.

Tare scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Toni manages to mount him!
Tare tries to improve his position but instead Toni has taken his back!
Toni has got his arm under Tare's chin working for the choke… has he got it? It looks pretty tight! Oh! Tare has spun round into Toni's guard beautifully! Well done that man!
Toni is looking to stand up but Tare isn't so interested in that idea.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Toni scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Toni tries to clinch up but Tare circles away and keeps his distance.
Toni with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Tare shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Toni pinned against the cage. Toni gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ala Toni has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Junjun Tare.
Toni feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Tare's calf.
Toni stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Tare tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Toni counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Tare is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Toni tries to clinch but Tare is having none of it.
A slapping leg kick lands for Toni.
Tare is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Crunch! Toni slams his shin into Tare's torso.
Toni scoring well with a low kick there.
Toni is looking to clinch but Tare is avoiding it.

Toni throws a front kick that sends Tare stumbling back into the cage.
Toni misses with a takedown
and Tare counters with a three punch combo that has Toni backing up. Toni nods at Tare to acknowledge the strikes.

Toni is looking to land body kicks.
Tare throws the left hand but Toni avoids the punch easily.
Tare shoots in but no luck this time.
Toni scores with a kick to the midsection.
A slapping body kick lands there for Toni.

Toni thuds his shin into the meat of Tare's side.
Tare slips a jab and a cross from Toni.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Toni lands a nice looking kick to the body. Tare takes a step back to recover.
A big left from Tare misses.
Tare has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Toni.
Tare moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
A thudding body kick lands there by Toni!
Ala Toni seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tare fails in his attempt to clinch.
Toni throws a head kick that half lands.
Toni shoots for a double leg takedown but Tare sprawls well. He's pushed Toni's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Tare is breathing heavily.

and Toni counters with a nice low kick that buckles Tare's knee momentarily.
Tare shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Toni as he jumps to the side.
Tare takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Tare is trying desperately to land a takedown but Toni is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Tare.

Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Toni. Tare shrugs it off though.

Tare tries to bum rush Toni with a series of wild strikes but Toni uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Toni throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

No joy there for Toni, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Tare clinches up with Toni and pushes him back against the cage.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Tare throws a looping overhand right but Toni ducks down to avoid it.

Toni buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Ala Toni is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Tare's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Toni punishes Tare's body with a nice straight punch.
Junjun Tare has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Toni lands with a kick to the ribs.
And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Junjun Tare.
I think Toni has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
