Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luke Dutchman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Howland Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dutchman is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Luke Dutchman has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Luke Dutchman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Howland Reed! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Robert Twigg and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reed throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dutchman was covering up waiting for the punch and Reed finishes the takedown easily into guard. Dutchman looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Reed chips away with some ground and pound. Reed trying to control but Dutchman is working from the bottom. Reed lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Reed works over Dutchman with some ground and pound from guard. Reed looking to pass the guard. Dutchman has momentary wrist control but Reed slips an elbow through the middle. Reed trying to control but Dutchman is working from the bottom. Dutchman has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Reed scoring with punches to the head and body. Reed working some strikes from top position. Reed working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Dutchman's head. Reed controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reed slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Reed lands a strong strike to the head of Dutchman. That's dazed him! Reed looking to finish here. Dutchman is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Reed lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
