Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jim Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hank Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hank Hill has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jim Miller! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hank Hill! The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Eddie Farnsworth and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Miller closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Miller is trying to work for a kimura but Hill is defending well.
Hill avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Miller. Miller definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Miller stalling. Miller prevents Hill from standing back up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Miller is figuring out what he wants to do next.
That's one minute gone in the round. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Miller seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Hill for as long as he can get away with.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Hill drives through and clinches with Miller against the cage.

Hill creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses. Miller blocks a body shot from Hill. Miller tries a body shot but Hill blocks it.

Hill looks winded! Miller lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Miller looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hill with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Miller controlling the action here. Miller wants to work for an arm triangle but Hill is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Miller is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Miller is figuring out what he wants to do next. Miller working over Hill with some ground and pound. Hill looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Miller is taking a breather. Hill says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Hill on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Miller lands a nice short elbow. Ground and pound from Miller. Hill looks like he's trying to stand up.
Miller is figuring out what he wants to do next. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jim Miller dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Miller gets the takedown into side control. Hill is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Miller asserts his dominance and retains side control. Miller is working Hill over with some ground and pound from side control. Miller is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Hill can do to turn this around? Miller controls the position. More hug and hope from Miller.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Miller here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Miller scores with a couple of short elbows.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Hill seems a little lost for a moment, as Miller dominates the positioning. Hill takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better. Miller lands a nice forearm strike. Miller thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Miller lands a nice forearm strike. Miller staying calm. That's three minutes gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Hill's face as Miller controls the position. Hill on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Miller takes a little break here. Hill wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Hill is breathing heavily. Hill takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Miller lands a few punches from side control. Jim Miller overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Hill trying to remain calm as Miller controls from the top position. This is a sustained period of stalling by Miller. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Miller's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Jim Miller dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Hill throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Miller's head. Miller shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Miller controlling the pace. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Miller lands a nice short elbow. Miller lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Miller performing his best blanket impression for a moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Miller continues to hold on tight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Miller winds up and cracks Hill with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Miller seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Miller scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Hank Hill has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Hill is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Miller scores with a couple of nice shots. Miller is figuring out what he wants to do next. Hill takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Hill on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Miller content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hill gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Miller to score an easy takedown into full guard. Miller controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Miller passes into half guard. Miller content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Miller seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Jim Miller is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Miller perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Miller landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Miller in particular looking to stall. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Miller is nestled in close to Hill, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
And that's the end of the fight! Jim Miller showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Miller, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
