The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Dean Styles and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cosades scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Nice straight punches there by Cosades. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Cosades.
Cosades lands a slapping body shot.
Blackman fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Blackman shoots in looking for a takedown. Cosades tries to sprawl out of it but Blackman keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Cosades manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Cosades moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Horrible takedown attempt by Blackman or perhaps it was just good defense by Cosades, which made it look bad.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Blackman shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cosades but Cosades pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Henry Blackman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blackman shoots in looking for a takedown but Cosades manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Blackman's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Blackman changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cosades looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Cosades is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Blackman off and has taken his back!

Cosades is looking to finish with some ground and pound!
Oh Blackman is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cosades is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Blackman is defending well though. Cosades let's go of the attempt for now.
Cosades is landing with strikes. Blackman can't take much more of this.
Blackman's coaches at Combat Center have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.
I really don't envy Blackman right now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Cosades doesn't have the hooks in and Blackman manages to turn into his guard.
Blackman seems to have got his legs back now.
Cosades manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Blackman manages to get himself to full guard.
Cosades is in close to Blackman's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Blackman looking for subs from the bottom but Cosades mounts him!

Oooh a big shot lands for Cosades! Blackman is out! The ref dives in to save him from more punishment!

After winning the bout, Caius Cosades thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
