And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Donito DeLeon!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Daniel Franklin and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeLeon lands with a hook. Weitzman tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Nice shot lands for DeLeon.
Weitzman shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts DeLeon as he jumps to the side.
DeLeon catches Weitzman with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
It looks like Andreas Weitzman has been cut.

Andreas Weitzman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and DeLeon counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Weitzman thinking.

DeLeon leaves Weitzman with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Oh Weitzman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
DeLeon connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Weitzman tumbling to the canvas! DeLeon pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Weitzman was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Donito DeLeon!
