The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Two closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Two has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Karelin has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Two has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Two sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Karelin's guard.

Two is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Karelin is just riding it out for now. Two eventually gives up the hold.

Two is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Karelin sees it coming and defends easily.
Two is pressing down on Karelin's thigh, looking to free his foot. Karelin is holding on for now.
Karelin is looking to improve his position.
Karelin desperately trying to maintain half guard.

Karelin wants to improve his position but Two is controlling well.
Karelin is looking to control Two's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Karelin avoid being mounted?

Two wants to work for an arm triangle but Karelin is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Two maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Karelin could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Two has cracked it and Karelin is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Two!
