Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ragnar Sigurdsson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Devin Tucker!
The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Darius Henderson and Damien Edna.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sigurdsson doesn't manage to clinch there - Tucker circles away.
Tucker looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Tucker shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Sigurdsson tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Tucker manages to move to mount!

This has been an exciting period of action!
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Sigurdsson throws an elbow that misses. Tucker uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Sigurdsson's guard. Nice move by Tucker!

Sigurdsson feints and as Tucker raises his hands in defense, Sigurdsson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Tucker manages to escape and get back to his feet.
A head kick misses from Sigurdsson.
Tucker changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sigurdsson tries to avoid it but Tucker manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sigurdsson to the ground. Sigurdsson escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Tucker looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Tucker has closed the distance and engaged Sigurdsson in a clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.



Tucker darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Tucker looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sigurdsson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Tucker is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Tucker has his hands on Sigurdsson's head, controlling the position.

Sigurdsson decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Tucker, up you get!
Tucker has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Sigurdsson attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

It looks like Devin Tucker has been cut.

Tucker seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Sigurdsson takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Tucker lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Sigurdsson circles away quickly and effectively.
As Tucker looks to move away, Sigurdsson throws a big counter combo but Tucker just gets out of the way.

Tucker tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Tucker seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Let's hope that Tucker has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Sigurdsson has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Tucker is proving hard to escape from.

Sigurdsson trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Sigurdsson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Tucker has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sigurdsson has managed to get both his arms back between Tucker's legs - danger averted.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Tucker is on top in guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Tucker in particular looking to stall.

I've got Tucker winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
