No luck for Betoli with that takedown attempt.
Pantalones throws a right and a left that Betoli avoids nicely.
El Taquito Pantalones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Betoli tries to clinch but Pantalones moves out of range.

Pantalones drops Betoli with a right and a left! Pantalones comes rushing in but Betoli regains his composure and manages to keep Pantalones in guard.

Betoli throws his legs up looking for a submission but Pantalones uses it to pass to side control.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Pantalones decides to stand back up.
Betoli uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pantalones.
Betoli misses the jab.
Pantalones misses the shot to the body.

El Taquito Pantalones seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Pantalones has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Pantalones there as he acknowledges the shot.

Pantalones wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Pantalones lands a high kick to the side of Betoli's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Pantalones dives into guard, looking to finish.

Pantalones gets to his feet. Betoli looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Betoli seems to have got his legs back now.

Betoli throws a looping overhand right but Pantalones ducks down to avoid it.
Pantalones is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Betoli.
Pantalones throws a series of punches but Betoli avoids them all with ease.
Pantalones misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Pantalones tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Pantalones has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

so Betoli counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Betoli drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Pantalones manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Betoli has Pantalones in his guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Betoli is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
And that's the end of the fight!
El Taquito Pantalones comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
