Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jason Mewes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rock Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Machine has chosen Hell Yeah as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mewes works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
We've been hearing reports that Mewes has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Mewes shoots in looking for a takedown but Machine manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mewes's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

and Mewes counters with a three punch combo that has Machine backing up. Machine nods at Mewes to acknowledge the strikes.
Rock Machine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mewes closes the distance and clinches up with Machine, looking for a takedown. Mewes pushes Machine against the cage but Machine circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Machine misses with a takedown attempt - Mewes sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Machine shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Mewes is trying to defend but Machine finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

It looked like Mewes was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Machine throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mewes's waist but Mewes gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Machine off to one side.

Mewes looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Machine is fending him off so far but Mewes persists. Nope, Machine circles away and we're back to standing.
