Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Theo Radcliffe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Matthew Kurose!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Radcliffe lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Theo Radcliffe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Radcliffe looks to land a left hand but Kurose moved out of range nicely.
Kurose drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Kurose is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Radcliffe holds on and takes a little breather.
Kurose throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Kurose stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Radcliffe swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Radcliffe wants to stand and escape but Kurose is having none of it.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Kurose fails with the takedown.
Kurose closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Radcliffe to the mat! Radcliffe manages to get full guard.
Radcliffe has his hands on Kurose's head, controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kurose is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Radcliffe is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Radcliffe has escaped and now he's on top!
Radcliffe gets to his feet. Kurose looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Kurose fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Radcliffe checks it well.
No luck for Kurose with that takedown attempt.
Theo Radcliffe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matthew Kurose.
Kurose slips a jab and a cross from Radcliffe.
Radcliffe misses with a few strikes there.
Kurose closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Radcliffe tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Radcliffe is trying to control Kurose's posture but Kurose avoids it.
Radcliffe tries to buck Kurose off but Kurose is having none of it.

Radcliffe can't do much from the bottom here.
Radcliffe manages to work his way to half guard, despite Kurose's best efforts.
Kurose is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Radcliffe is just riding it out for now. Kurose eventually gives up the hold.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Radcliffe misses with a two punch combination.
Radcliffe throws a series of strikes that have Kurose backpedaling.
Kurose misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Kurose showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Radcliffe.
Kurose avoids a punch combination nicely.
Radcliffe swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Radcliffe throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Radcliffe lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Radcliffe.
Radcliffe throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kurose sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Kurose dodges the punch combination from Radcliffe.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Theo Radcliffe dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Kurose changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Radcliffe tries to avoid it but Kurose manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Radcliffe to the ground. Radcliffe escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kurose tries to close the distance and clinch up but Radcliffe swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Radcliffe rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kurose moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Radcliffe darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Nice sprawl there from Radcliffe as Kurose shoots in.
Kurose shoots for a takedown but Radcliffe saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Kurose is breathing heavily.
BOOM! Radcliffe lands a beautiful left hook that drops Kurose. Kurose tries to recover but Radcliffe is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Kurose lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
