The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Wagner Zegers and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lavronenko is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Ruiz.
Lavronenko cracks Ruiz with a right hand to the side of the head.
Ruiz shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Ruiz takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Ruiz moves to clinch but Lavronenko breaks away
and Lavronenko counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Emanuel Ruiz has been cut.
Lavronenko lands a head shot.
Ruiz doesn't succeed with the takedown
enabling Lavronenko to counter with a crisp jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A jab lands there for Lavronenko.
and Lavronenko counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Ruiz! He's just covering up as Lavronenko starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
