The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Williams comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Williams moves into range and clinches up with Alvarez. Alvarez fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Alvarez wants a takedown.
Alvarez jumps guard but Williams stands there with Alvarez around his waist. Alvarez gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
