The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Saam Ante and Nard Betker.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frederick dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Frederick manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Frederick got a little sloppy there for a moment and Rabarbar has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Frederick has managed to get both his arms back between Rabarbar's legs - danger averted.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Rabarbar working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Frederick doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Frederick manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Frederick shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Rabarbar eats them both and turns towards Frederick to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
