Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Illya Tyunina and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a leg kick that misses.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Jones enables Matos to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Jones manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Matos wants to pass the guard but Jones is keeping the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Matos is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Jones has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Jones!

Matos is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Jones rolls with it to try and escape but Matos cranks on the arm and Jones is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Caliman Matos decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
