Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Marston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy Bangsit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marston comes to the cage accompanied by Bring it on motherfucker. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lucas Marston!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Andy Bangsit!
The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bangsit shoots in but no luck this time.
Bangsit shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Marston sprawls well. Marston wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bangsit gets slowly back to his feet.
Marston is looking to counter with a shot to the body.

and Marston counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Lucas Marston has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andy Bangsit.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

We've been told by Marston's head coaches at LOD: Club Pain that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Bangsit tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Marston swivels and escapes.

and Marston cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Marston lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bangsit circles away quickly and effectively.
Bangsit changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Nice takedown defense from Marston. No joy for Bangsit on that attempt.

Bangsit looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.

Marston drops Bangsit with a beautiful combination! Bangsit stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Marston is looking for the KO!


Bangsit is rocked!


It looks like Andy Bangsit has been cut.
Bangsit shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Marston pinned against the cage. Marston gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Bangsit is still on wobbly legs! Can Marston finish him?

Marston sends Bangsit crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Marston is motioning to the referee to let Bangsit up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bangsit seems to have recovered his senses.

Bangsit closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Marston quickly recovers to half guard.

Bangsit is looking for a kimura here.
Bangsit is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Marston!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Bangsit tries for a takedown but Marston sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Marston lands with an uppercut that bounces Bangsit off the cage and back into range.
Marston misses with a body shot.
And Bangsit responds with a good body kick, but Marston manages to step out the way in time.

Bangsit drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Marston manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Bangsit has Marston in his guard.


Bangsit has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Marston is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Bangsit.
Bangsit is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Bangsit is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Marston off and has taken his back!
Marston is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Bangsit can do to turn this around?

Bangsit has got his arm under Marston's chin working for the choke… has he got it? It looks pretty tight! Oh! Marston has spun round into Bangsit's guard beautifully! Well done that man!

Bangsit has his foot on Marston's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Marston works his way back into a safe position though.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Marston stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bangsit swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Bangsit had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Marston defends it easily.

Bangsit escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Marston gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Marston wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bangsit keeps working.

Bangsit is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Marston's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Marston's back!
