The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lesnar lands a nice hook to Newton's body. Newton takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Newton looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Newton takes one to the side of the head.
It looks like Eddie Newton has been cut.
Lesnar scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Lesnar swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Lesnar lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Newton can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Lesnar and Newton drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Lesnar.
