The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Vladimir Khabensky and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eye walks into a left hand.
Grugen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Grugen throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Eye gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Eye lands a nice hook to Grugen's body. Grugen takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Grugen on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Grugen throws a head kick that misses.
Grugen throws a body punch but Eye moves out of range.
Grugen jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Eye tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Grugen was well out of range. Poor timing from Eye.
Eye lunges at Grugen with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Grugen's hand.
Grugen misses with a double jab.
Eye tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Grugen manages to circle out of the way.
Eye moves into range and clinches up with Grugen.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Grugen prevents a takedown attempt there.
Eye lands with a short punch from the clinch.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Eye.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Eye lands a right hand.
Eye scores with an uppercut up the middle.

Eye lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Eye lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Grugen backwards.
Eye lands a body punch in the clinch.
Eye lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Grugen is rocked!
Eye lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Grugen to his knees! Eye keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
