Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sully Moreno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sigurd Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Sigurd Wallace!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and Steven Brown.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wallace manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Moreno on his heels. He'll look to pass Moreno's guard now, I'm sure.

Wallace has gone for a leg lock! Moreno slips out almost immediately though and dives into Wallace's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Wallace has his foot on Moreno's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Moreno works his way back into a safe position though.

Wallace drops back, looking for a kneebar! Moreno looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Moreno looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Moreno!

Moreno lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

Moreno goes for an armbar but Wallace turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Wallace.

Moreno is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Wallace shoots in but Moreno avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Wallace closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Wallace lands in his opponent's guard.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!



Wallace closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Wallace stalling away here and it's allowed Moreno to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Moreno pulls Wallace in close to his closed guard and prevents Wallace from doing any damage or advancing position.
