Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ringo Starr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Frank Stein!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Stein takes the fight into the clinch.
Come on Stein - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Starr letting Stein take a breather here.
Stein receives a warning from the referee for stalling.
Stein cracks Starr with a nice body shot.
Stein leaning his opponent against the cage.
Stein's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
The crowd are getting on Stein's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Starr is trying to break free.
Stein effectively controlling the action here.
Stein has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. Starr seems to have the measure of him in the clinch so far, so let's see if Stein can turn it around.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Frank Stein.
A jab from Stein misses.

Starr walks into a jab.
Stein connects with a good right hand that stumbles Starr. Starr circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Stein swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Starr fails with a takedown attempt.
Nice jab there from Stein.
Frank Stein is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Stein lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Stein lands a jab.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Stein pushes Starr away with a front kick.
Stein throws an overhand right that drops Starr like a sack of potatoes! Stein dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Frank Stein!
