With a record of 15 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Glass Joe!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Eddie Farnsworth and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joe fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Cooke avoids it really well and circles away.
Cooke has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Joe has his takedown stuffed
and Cooke makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Joe.
Matt Cooke has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Glass Joe.
Cooke looks to land a combination but Joe avoids it well.
Joe has his takedown stuffed
and Cooke counters with a good low kick that Joe was not able to check.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Cooke counters with a crisp right hand that drops Joe! Cooke lets Joe back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

It looks like Glass Joe has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cooke keeps Joe at a distance using the push kick.
Joe is still on wobbly legs! Can Cooke finish him?
Joe looks winded!

Joe has his takedown stuffed
and Cooke counters with a crisp right that sends Joe to the canvas! Cooke follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
