Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Pain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arnold Equator (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Max Pain! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Arnold Equator! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Equator tries to bum rush Pain with a series of wild strikes but Pain uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Pain slips a jab and a cross from Equator.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Equator!
Nice takedown defense from Equator. No joy for Pain on that attempt. Pain fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Equator tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Pain paws at him with a jab and circles away. Pain looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Max Pain. That's going to take a lot out of him. Pain takes a kick to the side of the head. Pain closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Equator bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Pain avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Pain misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Arnold Equator seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Equator lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
It looks like Max Pain has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pain fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Equator connects with a body shot. Pain is breathing heavily. Nice shot by Equator. Equator cracks Pain with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Pain tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Equator pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Pain is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Arnold Equator!
