The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, Damien Edna and Francis DeMontford.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferdinand shoots in for a double leg but Dillabrandt sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Dillabrandt swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Ferdinand takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Dillabrandt moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Dillabrandt gets a double leg takedown into Ferdinand's guard.
Dillabrandt trying to control but Ferdinand is working from the bottom.
Dillabrandt has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Ferdinand to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Dillabrandt is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Ferdinand pulls down on the head and he's put Dillabrandt to sleep! This one is all over!
