Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yong Bender (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wolfgang De Coninck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Yong Bender! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Wolfgang De Coninck! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! De Coninck shoots in and bounces Bender off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Bender knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for De Coninck on the ground. De Coninck would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. De Coninck forces his way into half guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. De Coninck is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
De Coninck content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Bender is looking to control De Coninck's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Bender avoid being mounted? De Coninck is taking a breather. Bender says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Bender has closed the distance and engaged De Coninck in a clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. De Coninck pulls guard. De Coninck controlling Bender's posture. De Coninck trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Bender has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. De Coninck utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. De Coninck is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. De Coninck lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. De Coninck is in close to Bender's body, working some short punches and elbows. De Coninck slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. De Coninck is working to tighten his grip on Bender's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Bender has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but De Coninck is really squeezing tight and eventually Bender passes out! De Coninck breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Wolfgang De Coninck!
