Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Christopher Reefer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martti Aho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Christopher Reefer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Martti Aho! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Anni Minnemäki and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aho pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Aho tries to clinch there but Reefer circles away.
Aho is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Reefer. Aho scores with a hook. Aho misses with a jab, cross combination.
Aho tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Reefer swivels and escapes. Aho misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Reefer feints and as Aho raises his hands in defense, Reefer changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Reefer throws a strike but Aho rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Reefer trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Reefer had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Aho is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Reefer Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Aho's back instead. Reefer looking for the choke but no joy. Reefer connects with a big shot to the side of Aho's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Reefer throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch. Reefer throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage. Aho trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble. Reefer looking for the choke but no joy. Aho is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Reefer is not going to allow Aho to sit and survive in this position. Aho trying to get back to his feet but Reefer is in full control for now. Reefer looking for the RNC. Aho holding both Reefer 's hands and preventing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Reefer misses with a punch to the head. Reefer throwing sloppy strikes. Reefer lands a shot to the body. Reefer is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Aho defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Reefer throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Aho!
Aho is trying to get back to his feet but Reefer has full control of the position and if anything, Aho has just worked his way into a worse spot. Aho wants to control his opponent's hands but Reefer gets his hands free. Reefer punishes Aho with strikes from the back mount. Aho's corner are yelling at him, telling him to just focus on controlling Reefer's hands.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Aho wants to get back to his feet. Reefer is throwing shots to the body but Aho manages to wriggle free. Reefer pounces on him again and ends up in Aho's guard. Aho trying to keep a closed guard but Reefer is proving a slippery customer.
Reefer throwing strikes from guard but Aho blocks nicely. Reefer pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Aho is keeping the position for now. Reefer prevents Aho from getting back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. A head kick misses from Aho. Reefer avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Aho is looking to score with low kicks. Reefer avoids a punch combination nicely.
Reefer takes a swing at Aho's ribcage but misses. Reefer closes the distance and clinches. Aho avoids the elbow strike from Reefer, against the ropes.
Reefer gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Aho regains guard.
Aho is looking to stand up but Reefer isn't so interested in that idea. Aho is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Reefer lands a couple of elbows. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Christopher Reefer dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Reefer shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Reefer stops Aho from standing up. Aho not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Reefer throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Aho works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Aho keeping moving, preventing Reefer from controlling successfully.

Aho tries to bum rush Reefer with a series of wild strikes but Reefer uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Reefer closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Reefer lands in his opponent's guard. Reefer landing some decent shots from guard. Reefer throwing strikes from guard but Aho blocks nicely. Reefer postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. That's three minutes gone in the round. Aho kicks Reefer off and gets to his feet. Aho swats away the attempt to clinch by Reefer. Aho lands a right hook to the body.

Reefer takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Reefer shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Reefer unloads with some shots from mount but Aho bucks and avoids them well.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Aho lands a two punch combo.

Reefer looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Reefer tries to pass to full mount but Aho defends it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Reefer closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Aho to the mat! Aho manages to get full guard. Aho is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Reefer in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Aho avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Reefer throwing strikes but missing. Reefer thows a big elbow that misses. The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. A decent looking cross lands there for Aho.

Reefer is trying to drag Aho to the mat but Aho just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there. Aho tries to break the clinch but Reefer is controlling the position. Aho can't break the clinch.
Reefer drops down looking for an ankle pick but Aho pulls his leg out and moves away.

Aho lands with a nice combination. Reefer backs away looking to recover. Aho jabbing away but nothing is landing. Aho stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Christopher Reefer. That's going to take a lot out of him. Aho throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Reefer blocks a jab. Aho misses with a two punch combination.

The fight moves into the clinch position. Aho is trying to break the clinch but Reefer has him pressed against the ropes. Aho blocks an elbow strike from Reefer.

Reefer lands an elbow that stopped Aho in his tracks for a moment. Aho is pressed up against the ropes. Reefer has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Aho down to the mat. Aho avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Aho will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Aho lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Aho throws a nice looking combination but Reefer bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Aho looks to land a right hand but Reefer moved out of range. Reefer tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Aho swivels and escapes. Reefer takes a shot right to the bread basket. Aho throws a series of punches but Reefer avoids them all with ease. Aho misses with a double jab.
Reefer looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Aho preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Reefer throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Martti Aho has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Aho looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
And that's the end of the fight! Martti Aho comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Reefer has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
