Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Peaky Blinder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chinggis Khaan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Blinder comes to the cage accompanied by Dave not Dave - Cold blood. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Peaky Blinder! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chinggis Khaan! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Eddie Farnsworth and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Khaan tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Blinder defends well and Khaan ends up having to push Blinder into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Khaan looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Khaan throws a series of punches but Blinder avoids them all with ease. Blinder lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Blinder drives through with a takedown into guard. Blinder tries to stand but Khaan is controlling from the bottom. Khaan wants to stand and escape but Blinder is having none of it. Blinder slips nicely into half guard. Khaan tries to kick Blinder off but Blinder keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Khaan manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Blinder keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Khaan throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Blinders head. A short right from Khaan. Blinder is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Khaan is defending well for now. Blinder blocking some punches.

Khaan looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Khaan gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Blinder counters with a three punch combo that has Khaan backing up. Khaan nods at Blinder to acknowledge the strikes. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Blinder drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Blinder closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Khaan to the mat! Khaan manages to get full guard. Blinder trying to control but Khaan is working from the bottom. Khaan has a closed guard, preventing Blinder from standing up. Khaan wants to get back to his feet but Blinder is in a dominant position and won't allow it. That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Khaan is refusing to be controlled, as Blinder sits in half guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Khaan shoots in but no luck this time. Peaky Blinder has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chinggis Khaan. Blinder drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Blinder stays in close to Khaan's body and controls the position. Blinder won't allow Khaan to get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Peaky Blinder dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

and Blinder counters with a series of strikes. Khaan will be more careful next time no doubt. Blinder clinches up with Khaan and pushes him back against the cage. Blinder throws a knee to the head but misses.

Chinggis Khaan seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A short uppercut from Khaan. Khaan lands a hook to the side of the head. Blinder wants to get back to striking at distance but Khaan won't allow it.

and Blinder is countered with a crisp right hand from Khaan that sends him to the canvas! Khaan follows him to the mat into side control.
Blinder is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Blinder gets back to half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Blinder manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Khaan working some strikes from top position. Khaan distracts Blinder with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Khaan throwing strikes from guard but Blinder blocks nicely. Khaan cracks Blinder with a solid left hand. Blinder is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Blinder wants to pass the guard but Khaan is keeping the position. Blinder throws a big counter combination but Khaan scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Khaan shoots in but no luck this time. Blinder fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Khaan is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Blinder closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Khaan quickly recovers to half guard. Khaan pushes Blinder off looking to stand but Blinder dives back in and keeps control.

Chinggis Khaan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Blinder attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Khaan misses with a few strikes there.
It looked like Blinder was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Khaan misses with the combination.

Khaan is rocked! Khaan takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Blinder closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Khaan is still in real trouble! Can Blinder finish him? Peaky Blinder overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Blinder stands up and beckons Khaan to join him on the feet. Blinder moves into range and clinches up with Khaan. Khaan tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Blinder lands a hook that snaps the head of Khaan backwards.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Blinder unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Khaan! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Blinder is unloading with more strikes now! Khaan drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:09 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Peaky Blinder! An out of breath Peaky Blinder thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
