Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Cu Cuchulain! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chief Crazy Horse! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crazy Horse wants to clinch up but Cuchulain keeps it at a distance. Crazy Horse pushes Cuchulain up against the cage in a clinch. Crazy Horse fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Cuchulain wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Crazy Horse has him pressed against the cage. Cuchulain wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Still in the clinch, Crazy Horse scores with a nice short uppercut. Cuchulain wants to get back to striking at distance but Crazy Horse won't allow it.
Cuchulain is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Crazy Horse lands a shot to the body. Crazy Horse working some nice short punches in the clinch. Cuchulain is trying to break the clinch but Crazy Horse has him pressed against the cage. Crazy Horse working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Cuchulain is breathing heavily. Crazy Horse lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Cuchulain or not. Cuchulain has had enough of the clinch but Crazy Horse keeps him there for the moment. A short left from Crazy Horse. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Crazy Horse lands a left hand that snaps the head of Cuchulain backwards. Crazy Horse dips a shoulder and cracks Cuchulain with a mighty uppercut! Cuchulain falls back against the cage and Crazy Horse unloads with a barrage of strikes! Cuchulain is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Crazy Horse screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chief Crazy Horse! Chief Crazy Horse really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Kalashnikov Nutrition & Supplements (160Q) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
