Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Chunk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamie St Patrick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). St Patrick has chosen Mercy as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sam Chunk!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jamie St Patrick!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Patrick changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Chunk tries to avoid it but St Patrick manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Chunk to the ground. Chunk escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Chunk dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on St Patrick. That did some damage!
St Patrick takes a swing at Chunk's ribcage but misses.

Chunk closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Come on Chunk - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Chunk gets through St Patrick's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Chunk is pushing St Patrick up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
St Patrick tries for a takedown. No joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
St Patrick is trying to drag Chunk to the mat but Chunk just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Sam Chunk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jamie St Patrick.

Chunk breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Chunk gets a clinch.

Chunk manages to break the clinch.
St Patrick shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Chunk as he jumps to the side.

Chunk gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Knees in the clinch landing for Chunk.
St Patrick looks winded!

Chunk manages to break the clinch.

Chunk fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with St Patrick, pushing him back against the cage.

Chunk escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Chunk clinches up with St Patrick and pushes him back against the cage.

Chunk's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Chunk lands a big head kick that sends St Patrick tumbling to the mat! Chunk takes a step backwards and waves St Patrick back to his feet - he wants the finish!

St Patrick is rocked!

It looks like Jamie St Patrick has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Chunk throws an absolute beast of a head kick! St Patrick is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!

Jamie St Patrick was interviewed post fight and said 'He ain't gonna be so lucky next time...'.
