PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Domingo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Gombos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dan Gombos told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 18 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jorge Domingo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dan Gombos!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Sergei Dronov and Vladimir Khabensky.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from Domingo as Gombos shoots in.
Domingo throws a hook but Gombos avoids it easily.
Gombos fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Gombos throws a hook to the side of Domingo's head but Domingo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Domingo doesn't manage to clinch there - Gombos circles away.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jorge Domingo will probably get the nod.

I would just about give that final round to Dan Gombos.
