Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane One Punch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Umber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think One Punch might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rocky balboa theme. Jon Umber has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Shane One Punch's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Shane One Punch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jon Umber!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Umber scores with a shot to the body.
Umber wants to clinch up but One Punch keeps it at a distance.
Umber tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but One Punch defends well and Umber ends up having to push One Punch into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Umber shoots for a takedown but One Punch saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
One Punch throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
No joy there for Umber, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Umber shoots for a double leg takedown but One Punch sprawls well. He's pushed Umber's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Shane One Punch has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Umber.
One Punch loads up on a big right hand but Umber slips the punch.
A head kick from Umber lands but One Punch takes it in his stride.


It looks like Shane One Punch has been cut.
Umber slips under a jab.
One Punch will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
One Punch keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Umber fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

One Punch dives in and scores a takedown into Umber's guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
One Punch not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Umber looking to control.
One Punch stands and throws Umber's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Umber is trying to buck One Punch off.
One Punch is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Umber's shoulder. That is not cool.
Umber is trying to improve his position.
One Punch moves into full mount!
One Punch with shots to the head and body - Umber looks very uncomfortable down there.

Umber tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Umber is trying desperately to improve position.

One Punch lands a nice shot to the head.
Umber really doesn't want to stay on the ground with One Punch. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
One Punch pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.


Umber is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

One Punch postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Umber in real trouble here! The ref calls for Umber to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Shane One Punch!
