Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hamdak Burgam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Duke Hardcastle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Hardcastle's choice of entrance music: "Fade (Reed Streets Remix)" By Kanye West. Duke Hardcastle is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hamdak Burgam! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Duke Hardcastle! The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Albert Achterberg and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Burgam shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hardcastle but Hardcastle pushes him off and we're back to square one. Hardcastle with the counter takedown but Burgam avoids it easily. Hardcastle looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Burgam tries to keep at a distance but Hardcastle has taken the fight into the clinch. Burgam misses with a punch to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Burgam is pressed up against the cage. Hardcastle has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Burgam down to the mat. Burgam avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Burgam is trying hard to land a takedown here. Hardcastle sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Burgam dives in for a single leg takedown but Hardcastle sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hamdak Burgam. That's going to take a lot out of him. Hardcastle stuffs the takedown attempt from Burgam. Burgam gets slowly back to his feet. Hardcastle tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Burgam manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Hardcastle on his heels. He'll look to pass Hardcastle's guard now, I'm sure. Burgam throwing strikes but missing.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Burgam accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Burgam trying to control but Hardcastle is working from the bottom. Burgam loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Burgam advances to half guard. Hardcastle wants to sweep but Burgam has passed to side control! Burgam controlling the position from side mount. Burgam scoring with punches from side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hardcastle trying to remain calm as Burgam controls from the top position. Burgam lands a decent elbow from side control. Hardcastle should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Burgam working the ground and pound. Burgam is chipping away with strikes.
We've been informed that Hardcastle has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. Burgam slows the pace down. Hardcastle taking a bit of punishment here - Burgam scoring with strikes. Burgam grinds an elbow into Hardcastle's temple. Burgam working the head and body with strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hardcastle taking punishment in the form of punches.
Burgam has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand. Burgam closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Hardcastle quickly recovers to half guard. Burgam is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Burgam with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hamdak Burgam dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Burgam closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Burgam breaks from the clinch.
Burgam shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Hardcastle wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Burgam manages to pass to side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hardcastle is breathing heavily. Burgam content to control rather than advance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Burgam is looking to advance position but Hardcastle won't allow it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Burgam is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Burgam trying to control from half guard but Hardcastle is working away. Hardcastle is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Burgam scores with a couple of nice shots. Hardcastle is staying active underneath Burgam, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Burgam drops an elbow to the side of Hardcastle's head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Burgam seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Burgam lands with a punch from half guard. Hardcastle is not content to let Burgam control the position. Burgam definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Burgam has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Burgam dominating with strikes here.

Hardcastle is rocked! Burgam drops a big elbow. That's hurt Hardcastle! More shots from Burgam and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hamdak Burgam! Hamdak Burgam spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
