Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dee Waters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mostafa Amer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dee Waters has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Dee Waters! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mostafa Amer! The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Edson Gomes and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Waters fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Amer, pushing him back against the cage. Waters misses with a punch on the inside.
With the fighters up against the cage, Waters throws an elbow but misses. Waters can't find room to land a body shot as Amer controls the action.
Amer lands a takedown into guard.
Amer is fighting to break Waters's control of his arms but Waters is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amer wants to control from the top but Waters keeps moving. Amer tries to free his leg and advance position but Waters is retaining full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Waters pushes Amer off and scrambles back to his feet.
Amer shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Amer not doing much here.
Amer trying to control from Waters's half guard. Waters has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Waters keeping moving, preventing Amer from controlling successfully. Amer controlling from the top position. Amer trying to control the position from guard on top but Waters is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Waters is pulling down on Amer's head. It's preventing any offense from Amer, at least for the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Amer working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Amer lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
It looks like Dee Waters has been cut. Waters gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Waters keeping moving, preventing Amer from controlling successfully. Amer throws a big right hand that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Waters pulls Amer in to control the position. Amer trying to control but Waters is working from the bottom. Waters trying to control the position here. Amer stopping the sweep attempt from Waters. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Waters has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Amer is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position. Amer has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Waters is trying to keep an underhook but Amer manages to get the takedown into half guard. Amer is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Waters sees it coming and defends easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Dee Waters will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Dee Waters's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Waters shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Waters wants to clinch. Despite the aggression on Amer's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Amer misses with the combination.
Waters throws a big counter combination but Amer scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Amer gets a double leg takedown into Waters's guard. Waters has his feet on Amer's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Amer darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Amer is keen to just control but Waters is a slippery customer. Waters is doing well to control the position and prevent Amer from advancing to side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Amer is looking to stall here but Waters recovers full guard. Waters trying to control the position here. Amer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Waters swivels though and keeps the full guard. Waters keeping moving, preventing Amer from controlling successfully.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Waters shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Waters was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Waters controls the position. Amer is trying to control Waters's posture but Waters avoids it. Amer is not content to let Waters control the position. Amer struggling a bit here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Amer being controlled for a moment. Waters is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Amer is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Waters is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Amer has escaped the position, nice work there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Dee Waters will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Dee Waters's cut. That's time! Waters's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Amer connects with a superb combination that knocks Waters out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Amer before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Waters!
