Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Singh Prohkumkahn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Scott Forester!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Forester cracks a nice hook into Prohkumkahn's ribs.
Prohkumkahn looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Forester lands with a nice body punch.
Forester sends Prohkumkahn crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Forester is motioning to the referee to let Prohkumkahn up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Forester will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Forester looks for a takedown but Prohkumkahn sprawls well.

Forester instigates a clinch.

Forester pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Forester shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Prohkumkahn's guard.
Forester controls from within his opponent's guard.
Forester passes Prohkumkahn's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Still in half guard, Forester seems content to control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Forester is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Forester wants to work for an arm triangle but Prohkumkahn is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Forester seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Forester passes the guard and advances to mount!
A nice elbow there by Forester.
Prohkumkahn knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Forester on the ground.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Forester cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Prohkumkahn could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Prohkumkahn has left one of his arms exposed and Forester doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Prohkumkahn screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Scott Forester!
