The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lyons drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Lyons wants to stand but Bolton has his arm trapped.
Bolton could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Lyons working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Lyons tries to advance to mount but can't.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bolton is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Lyons really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bolton. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Bolton had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Lyons defends it easily.
