Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Russell Pearce and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Firm throws a hook but Skog blocks it.
Firm throws out a loose jab but Skog uses good head movement to avoid it.
Skog throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Firm appears to be looking for a big counter.
Skog bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Skog has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Firm fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Skog on the side of the head.

Skog bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Dan Skog showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dante Firm.
I think Firm has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
