Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bill Bronson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robledo Puch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Puch has chosen Breathe as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 7 - 1, fighting out of New York, Bill Bronson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
40 - 16 - 2, fighting out of Tokyo, Robledo Puch! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Sam Margolis and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bronson lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Puch decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Bronson wants to get back to full guard. Bronson manages to get to full guard.
Puch throws a big right hand that misses. Bronson throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Puch has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Puch postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Puch avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Puch cracks Bronson with a solid left hand. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Puch content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Puch trying to control the position from guard on top but Bronson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Puch is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Puch is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Puch accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bronson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Puch is one step ahead there. Puch lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Puch trying to control the position from guard on top but Bronson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Puch landing with the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Puch with a nice head shot there. Puch throwing strikes but missing. Puch is in close to Bronson's body, working some short punches and elbows. Bronson looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Bronson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Puch gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Puch stands up over Bronson, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Puch throws a big elbow that misses. Puch keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Bronson's head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Puch advances to half guard. Puch is thwarting Bronson's attempts to control the position. Puch lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Puch lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Puch lands strikes from half guard. Puch working the head and body with strikes.
Bronson is rocked! Puch looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bronson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Oh Bronson is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Puch moves nicely into side control. Bronson can't do much from the bottom here. Puch is working Bronson over with some ground and pound from side control. Puch is working Bronson over with some ground and pound from side control. A big shot lands for Puch! That's hurt Bronson! Will he recover? Puch fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Robledo Puch! After winning the bout, Robledo Puch thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
