Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pang is looking to score with low kicks.
Thorton shoots in looking for a takedown. Pang tries to sprawl out of it but Thorton keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pang manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Pang was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Thorton dives in for a single leg takedown but Pang sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Thorton's coach down at MM eh Academy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Thorton's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
