Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Santiago Guzman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chong Wei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Santiago Guzman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 1, fighting out of New York, Chong Wei! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Steve Montenegro and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wei takes the fight into the clinch. Wei manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Wei keeping moving, preventing Guzman from controlling successfully. Guzman drops back, looking for a kneebar! Wei looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Wei looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Wei!
Wei is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Guzman has escaped the position, nice work there. Wei thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Guzman is looking to regain half guard here but Wei keeps moving and retains side control. Guzman knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wei on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wei working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Wei is trying to get an arm triangle but Guzman is defending well. Wei looks winded! Guzman tries to bench press Wei off him but Wei keeps the position. Wei working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Guzman tries to improve position but can't.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Wei working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Guzman gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Guzman is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Guzman makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Guzman. Guzman working a defensive guard here.
Wei tries to free his leg and advance position but Guzman is retaining full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Guzman has control of Wei's left arm, preventing Wei from doing any damage. Wei drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Guzman dives on top into guard. Guzman content to stall in guard here. Guzman in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Guzman thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Wei pushes Guzman off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Wei tries to clinch but Guzman moves away and Guzman counters with a nice double leg into side control. Wei won't be happy with that. Wei sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard. Guzman is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Wei defends it well. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Wei tries to roll over but Guzman keeps him under control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chong Wei dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Guzman swats away the attempt to clinch by Wei. Guzman attempts a counter takedown but Wei avoids it well and moves away. Guzman looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Wei has Guzman pulled in close to control his posture. Wei wants to stand and escape but Guzman is having none of it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wei is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wei seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Wei pushes Guzman off and gets back to his feet.
Wei just misses with a punch to the body.
Wei shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Guzman's guard. Guzman trying to keep a closed guard but Wei is proving a slippery customer.
Chong Wei has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wei has gone for a leg lock! Guzman slips out almost immediately though and dives into Wei's guard. Wei has momentary wrist control but Guzman slips an elbow through the middle. Wei has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Wei has his foot on Guzman's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Guzman works his way back into a safe position though. Wei not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Guzman wants to control from the top but Wei keeps moving. Wei is working an open guard so Guzman takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Guzman clinches up with Wei and pushes him back against the cage. Guzman blocks the elbow strike.
Wei blocks a body shot from Guzman. Wei jumps into guard, dragging Guzman to the mat.
Guzman trying to control the position from guard on top but Wei is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Guzman stands up from guard. Let's bang!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Guzman instigates a clinch. Guzman landing knees to the body.
Guzman breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Guzman really is a fat lump. Wei stuffs the takedown attempt from Guzman. Guzman gets slowly back to his feet. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Guzman. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Wei closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Guzman's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Chong Wei will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Wei throwing strikes but missing. Wei trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wei postures up.
Wei stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Guzman swivels though and keeps the full guard. Guzman trying to control the position here. Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wei throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Wei trying to control the position from guard on top but Guzman is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wei is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Guzman is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Guzman has escaped and now he's on top! Wei looking to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Guzman slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Guzman goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Wei has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Guzman but great work by Wei. Wei trying to control the position but Guzman is working away. Wei thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. You can see the frustration on Guzman's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Guzman is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Guzman is controlling Wei's trapped leg to prevent Wei from advancing to side control. Guzman wants to control but Wei is keeping busy.
Wei wants to take a breather but Guzman is having none of it. Wei missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Wei is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Guzman is just riding it out for now. Wei eventually gives up the hold. Wei is looking for a kimura but Guzman is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Wei to get the leverage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Wei is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The fighters are battling for position here. Guzman manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Guzman pulls Wei in close to his closed guard and prevents Wei from doing any damage or advancing position. Wei is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
And that's the end of the fight! Chong Wei comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Wei winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
